Project Scope:

Casey Electrical Services (CES) is preparing for the electrical fit-out of a new self-storage facility located at 610 Pigeon Hill Road in Windsor, CT. This project involves the construction of a modern self-storage building, as detailed in the planning submission dated September 25, 2023.  Our scope includes comprehensive electrical installations to ensure the facility meets current safety and operational standards. 

Key Installations and Upgrades:

Power Distribution Systems:

 • Comprehensive Power Infrastructure: Installing new power distribution systems to ensure reliable and efficient electrical supply throughout the self-storage facility.

Fire Alarm & Safety Systems:

 • Advanced Fire Alarm Installations: Deploying state-of-the-art fire alarm systems, including smoke detectors, alarm panels, and notification devices, to ensure comprehensive fire safety coverage.

 • Compliance and Testing: Ensuring all fire alarm installations meet current safety codes and regulations, with thorough testing planned to guarantee system reliability and safety.
