Project Scope:

Casey Electrical Services (CES) completed the electrical build-out for Doro Marketplace, a new bakery and café location in Avon, CT. This project supports the continued expansion of Doro Restaurant Group, bringing their well-known bakery concept to the Farmington Valley with a space designed for both retail bakery sales and café-style dining.

The project required a carefully planned electrical installation to support commercial bakery operations, food preparation equipment, refrigeration systems, and customer-facing retail areas. CES delivered the electrical infrastructure needed to power kitchen production, display areas, and the overall marketplace environment while ensuring the space operates safely and efficiently.

Working alongside the project’s construction team, CES installed the electrical systems required to support daily bakery operations while creating a welcoming and functional environment for customers and staff.
