Hobby Lobby- Eastfield Mall

Project Scope:

Casey Electrical Services (CES) will complete the full electrical fit-out for PetSmart as part of the Eastfield Mall redevelopment project in Springfield, MA. This large-format retail space requires a robust and carefully designed electrical system to support specialized pet care operations, merchandising, and customer-facing retail areas.

Working under Seppala Construction, CES will provide complete power distribution, lighting systems, and life safety installations tailored to the unique demands of a national pet supply retailer. From grooming areas to point-of-sale systems, every component will be installed to meet operational requirements and strict safety standards.

Planned Installations and Upgrades:

Power Distribution & Electrical Infrastructure:

• Dedicated Tenant Service & Panels: Installation of service distribution and panels sized to support grooming, bathing stations, and retail equipment.

• Specialty Equipment Power: Electrical infrastructure for pet wash stations, grooming equipment, aquatics systems, and climate-sensitive areas.

• Reliable Load Management: Proper load balancing and system planning to ensure consistent performance across all operational zones.

Lighting Systems:

• High-Visibility Retail Lighting: LED lighting designed to enhance product visibility and improve the customer shopping experience.

• Specialty Area Lighting: Task lighting for grooming and service areas requiring higher illumination levels.

• Code-Compliant Fire Detection & Notification: Installation of fire alarm devices throughout retail and service areas.
